Q. How often should I wear it?
A. Results can be experienced with a single wrap; however, for optimal results, it’s recommended that you use one to two wraps per week.
Q. How long should I wear it? Can I sleep in it?
A. Yes, it can be slept in! If wearing during the day, we suggest that it be worn for at least 4 - 6 hours, but feel free to wear your wrap for longer!

Q. How do I put it on?
A. The wrap has three sections (a middle and two sides), each packaged with a protective film. Begin by removing the film from on section and applying it to the skin and repeating the process for the two remaining sections, one at a time.
Q. My wrap feels a little warm, is that normal?
A. Yes, she’s spicy! The cinnamon (cassia twig) in The Rachel Wrap can give off some mild heat. Everyone has a different tolerance. Cinnamon increases blood flow, thus, causing a “warming” sensation. In short, you know it’s working! Please discontinue use if irritation or discomfort occurs.
